A: No. However, we cannot guarantee the absence of rodents due to the surrounding terrain and habitat.

A: 45 degrees Fahrenheit. This temperature setting reduces condensation and prevents liquids from freezing.

Does moisture get into the mini storage units ?
A: Our units are water-tight. We do suggest, though, that you wrap and protect certain valuable items, since these units are not temperature controlled. We offer moisture control supplies for your convenience.

Can I store my classic car in the mini storage units?
A: Yes. We offer many unit sizes for your vehicles. Please inquire for current available units.

Do you run any kind of specials?
A: We are very competitive and will meet or beat any written price from our competition in the local Shelby/Utica area. We also offer monthly specials. Please call for further information.

Can I cover my RV or Travel Trailer with a tarp?
A: Yes, but your cover must be tight and secure to ensure that it will not hit your neighbor's unit.

Do you send a bill every month to let me know my rent is due?
A: Yes, invoices are sent out monthly. However, our rental agreement states when your rent is due.
